MRI helped supply a puppet and drama team who traveled to Bungoma in Western Kenya for a weekend of outreach.
Bungoma is about 420 Kilometers away & near the border of Uganda. As soon as they arrived on Friday they set up in town to minister and then again on Saturday and Sunday.
Each day hundreds of people watched and 6 people gave their lives to the Lord on Friday and then 6 again on Saturday.
On Sunday they ministered in a church. Thank you so much for our donor who gave $500.00 to make that possible. It was a big blessing. The team of 9 worked hard, did a great job and were blessed themselves. They are growing in Spirit more and more and getting more and more on fire for the Lord.
Thank you so much. We hope to be able to do more and more outreach. The team has been ministering locally and we would like to travel again, possibly to Mombasa to minister there with a ministry friend.
YOU can help make gifts like this possible by giving to Ministry Resources International.
Thank you for your support!
When you support Ministry Resources International you make a difference around the world. One of the joys of serving on the MRI Board is getting to see the pictures that come in from all over the world when grant recipients send thank you notes.
What does MRI provide? These pictures give a wonderful glimpse into how MRI impacts kids around the world.
Remember, even the smallest donation makes a huge difference when sent overseas.
Getting resources into Muslim countries isn’t always easy, but with prayer and persistence, tools can get where they need to go. Thank you for your support of MRI. You are helping us to get children’s ministry resources where they are needed most.
A recent shipment to Pakistan was held up by customs and for awhile it seemed it wouldn’t be released as the customs officers were demanding a significant bribe for them to be released, an amount that far exceeded the value of what was sent. E-mails went back and forth, value was argued, but finally, prayers were answered and the items were released. Puppets, training DVDs, magic tricks, peepers, small and giant EvangeCubes, and other Gospel tools – items we take for granted in the States are rare treasures hard to obtain overseas.
Now they will be used to share the Good News of Jesus with children! When you support Ministry Resources International, you are making a difference all over the world!

Greetings in the name our Lord! I am not sure where to begin in sharing with you about my trip to Ecuador. If you recall, you sent me several puppets, music and other evangelistic tool to take with me to Ecuador. What an Experience! We ended up with 23 students who have registered for the course of study in children’s ministry. The class went well, finishing up with an awesome Spirit of God experience. The class it self was something I never dreamed of doing and it was such a privilege to teach a group of people who are so hungry to learn and to sharpen their skills in children’s ministry. Thanks to the scholarship money you sent three students were able to attend this first class and now hope to finish the course. Several years ago I had a dream to find a Spanish speaking work that was interested in developing a children’s ministry. What I wanted to do is to set up a Child evangelism center equipped with lots of materials. It would consist of Bible stories, music, puppets, visuals and much more. Then churches with fewer resources could come to this central location and check out items that they could use for what ever time they need. This way the less fortunate churches could still have resources at their disposal with out a financial strain. I would then offer to help teach and train these people on how to use the equipment. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for the gift of resources…. Because you have had a vital part in making this dream come true. Now, I have been asked to order more materials to both help stalk the Child Evangelism Center in Quito. This also has potential of spreading to the countries of Colombia and Venezuela as they are already asking for us to go there. Only the Lord knows!

Dear Mr. VonSeggen,
Thank you once again for the grant towards my school fees. I paid to the school the full amount that you sent me. I am so glad that you gave. Right now there is only a small amount left to clear for this semester’s fees. It gives me so much joy to know that it has all been provided and that I will be able to take my exams at the end of the semester. I have already registered for the courses I will take.
I am forever grateful to MRI for your support.
May the Lord bless you.

When you give to MRI you allow us to help students like Lucy all over the world who are in training to minister to children. Thank you for your support.
When you give to MRI, you help us support young people like Lindsey, who recently returned from Mexico, where she writes,
“Thank you for sowing a seed into my life and the lives of the people of Mexico! What an awesome summer I spent ministering in many different places and more importantly spent loving and serving the people of Mexico!”
On of the joys we have at MRI, is getting to see the pictures that come into our mail box and e-mail inbox showing us the impact YOUR GIFTS are making around the world as your gifts of resources and funds are transformed into changed lives around the world.
Lindsey continues, “Two other places we traveled to and ministered at were the jungle region and the high desert region of Zacatecas. Our jungle adventure began with an eight hour car ride, and a jump in temperature from the mid-70′s in San Luis Potosi to the mid-90′s in Axtla!”
We ministered there for two days, performing dramas… we were able to share the Gospel and give our testimonies…. I knew very little Spanish but one of the little girls named Jessue took me by the hand and took me around. We helped a local pastor who is establishing a church and helped him by inviting people to the new church.”
You may never be able to travel to Zacatecas! But guess what? When you support MRI with your PRAYERS and GIFTS – you HAVE been to Zacatecus and indeed all over the world through the IMPACT you are making through our ministry, because with us, you are making a difference.
Thank you for your support and for helping us help young people like Lindsey every month!
When you support MRI, you make a difference around the world! Here is a recent letter we got from Teena Omuni in Nigeria.
“You are such a blessing to the body of Christ and to our ministry. May the good Lord continually make His Face to shine upon you and your ministries as you continue to minister to the needs of others.
Thank you so very much. Your gift is well appreciated. Thank you so much for your support to help put a smile on the children’s faces.
God bless you exceedingly as you sow into our lives.”
